Can I rebook a flight I’ve already booked?
You can change your airline flight at any time, but you may have to pay change or cancellation fees, depending on the airline you booked your flight with and the fare class of your ticket. These charges can be expensive, so we recommend checking with your airline before changing your flight plans.
Does Avianca have a 24-hour cancellation policy?
If the customer purchased directly from the airline, he can request a refund at least 24 hours before departure. This request can only be made by the purchaser. Customer must provide the order number, name and email address associated with the purchase. If a customer requests a refund for a flight they have already booked, they must also provide the flight details.
